Andy Lee reveals the truth about his ‘secret wedding’ to Bec Harding

Andy Lee has denied secretly marrying longtime partner Bec Harding after internet sleuths spotted what appeared to be their ‘wedding photo’ in his home last October.

The comedian, 40, was bombarded with questions about his marital status after fans spotted the framed picture in the background of one of Bec’s Instagram selfies.

But he confirmed on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Monday it was simply a case of mistaken identity – because he and Bec weren’t the couple in the photo.

‘I’m the most offended because it is actually my sister and brother-in-law in that photo, and [he] is five foot ten and wears glasses,’ Andy said. 

The TV and radio presenter joked that it was ‘bloody annoying’ that people would confuse him for a shorter, bespectacled man.

Brushing off the engagement talk, Andy said he was waiting for model Bec to ‘drop the knee’ after their recently Hamilton Island getaway.

‘I am deeply in love with Bec. I’m sure it will happen at some stage,’ he added.

Bec raised eyebrows in November when fans thought she had accidentally shared her and Andy’s private ‘wedding photo’ on Instagram. 

The photo sat on a glass bench as the Rebecca modelled a LED beauty mask.

‘Is that your wedding photo?’ one follower asked in the comments section, leading to fevered speculation among fans.

‘I know right!!!’ another commenter replied.
