Angela Bassett, Cate Blanchett and Brooke Shields at Time’s second annual Women Of The Year gala 

Angela Bassett, Cate Blanchett, and Brooke Shields brought some serious style to Time’s second annual Women Of The Year gala.

Bassett, 64, who is one of the 12 women being honored by the publication as their Women of the Year alongside Blanchett, looked absolutely dazzling in a lilac jumpsuit decked out with feathered fringe on the sleeves and a lime green belt.

The actress was a sight to behold posing up a storm on the red carpet with a dainty cream purse in hand and her radiant complexion accented with a touch of makeup and lip gloss.

Dangling, silver earrings ramped up the glamour.

As for Brooke, the Endless Love star commanded attention in a hot pink suit that ensured all eyes would be on her.

Brooke, 57, worked high-waist trousers, a bralette, and coordinating pointed heels. Her hair cascaded down in glossy waves while pink makeup accented her famous visage.

Angela and Cate are two of 12 women being honored by Time as their Women of the Year. In addition to the leading ladies, fellow actress Quinta Brunson and singer Phoebe Bridgers have also been honored with the title.

Ayisha Siddiqa, Ramla Ali, Anielle Franco, Olena Shevchenko, Verónica Cruz Sánchez, Masih Alinejad, Megan Rapinoe, and Makiko Ono make up the rest of the list.

Cate opted for a more classic display in a sophisticated structured black blazer paired with slimming trousers. She stood tall in matching high heels. 

Cate, who is currently up for another Oscar for her role in Tár, wore her blonde hair down in a bouncy ‘do and brought out her natural beauty with a touch of eye shadow and some pink lip tint.
