The Bachelor’s Anna Heinrich admits she ‘cried for two hours straight’ a week after welcoming daughter Elle – as she reveals her emotions are a ‘roller-coaster’

The Bachelor’s Anna Heinrich is settling into life as a new mother after welcoming her daughter, Elle, in November.

But the part-time lawyer, 34, admitted on Thursday her emotions had been a ‘roller-coaster’ in the weeks since giving birth.

She told Who magazine she once ‘cried for two hours straight’ a week after taking her baby home from the hospital.

She said her husband, Tim Robards, 38, had asked her if something was wrong and she told him: ‘I’m not happy, I’m not sad. I just need to get it all out.’

‘Your emotions are all up and down, it’s like a roller-coaster. But from that moment, I just let go of everything I knew and tried to live more in the present,’ Anna explained.

Elsewhere in the interview, the blonde confessed there are some days when she just wants to sit in the shower because she’s so sleepy and emotional.

‘I couldn’t do it without him,’ she said of actor Tim, whom she met on the first season of The Bachelor in 2013 and married in a lavish ceremony in Puglia, Italy, in 2018.

The couple announced Elle’s birth on November 14.

‘Each day if possible, I’ll take a bit of me time. This can be as simple as just taking a shower on my own, I kid you not,’ she said.
