Anne Hathaway is among the stars arriving for the Armageddon Time screening at Cannes Film Festival

Anne Hathaway, Julia Roberts and Alessandra Ambrosio led the Thursday night glamour as they attended the third day of the 75th Annual Cannes Film Festival.

Arriving for the screening of Armageddon Time at Palais des Festival, accoladed film star Anne, 39, wowed in a very sophisticated white ensemble, which featured a bandeau, arm detailing forming a back bow, and a floor- length skirt.

Arguably the most standout element of her get-up was the train – a perfect addition to garner attention as she stopped for photographs.

Anne, star of smash hits such as The Devil Wears Prada, Les Mis and the forthcoming Armageddon Time, let her chocolate-hued tresses cascade down her back, and she applied makeup to create a natural effect.

Leading lady Julia 54, looked nothing short of sensational in a black jumpsuit with navy lapels as she flashed a wide grin for the cameras.

The ensemble, which she teamed with impressive black heels, was the perfect red carpet attire, especially as she rounded things off with a distinctive necklace complete with a dazzling gem.

As Alessandra posed from the back, it gave the cameras a better glimpse of her elegant coiffure – a sleek up-do pulled into a neat bun, with a singular strand framing her effortlessly made-up face.

Meanwhile, former Victoria Secret’s angel Jasmine Tookes, 31, flashed her enviable abs in a shimmering two-piece, which featured a long-sleeve crop top and slit skirt.

Her gladiator heels boosted her svelte frame and allowed her to show off her toned pins.

Like Alessandra, she too slicked back her raven locks into a chic style and sported an immaculate palette of makeup.

‘It’s a personal story for James. You have the whole world of the Trumps dealing with that school and the students who go to that school,’ he said.

Teixeira added, ‘James is back in the independent world with this film.’
