  • Gary found the tape in a box of old VHS videos while he was searching through old sports games he had recorded
  • He said he doesn’t know Kelly and doesn’t know where the tape came from
  • Dennis said a man who appears to be Kelly was on the recording engaged in sexual acts with young African American girls in the 1990s

Another tape has emerged that allegedly shows R. Kelly sexually abusing multiple young girls in the 90s, according to attorney Gloria Allred.

At a press conference in New York on Sunday, Allred said her client Gary Dennis and his wife Sally found the tape in their Pennsylvania home in the last few weeks.

He said he doesn’t know Kelly and doesn’t know where the tape came from.

Dennis said he came across the tape in a box full of old VHS videos while he was searching through old sports games he had recorded. He said one of the sport tapes also had ‘R. Kelly’ written on it but he had assumed it was going to be an old concert.

Dennis said a man who appears to be Kelly was on the recording engaged in sexual acts with young African American girls.

He said he was ‘disgusted’ and ‘horrified’ by what he saw on the video.

‘I can’t get the memory out of my head, it just stays with me constantly. (It’s) sickening and shameful and most of all harmful to those children,’ he said. ‘It breaks my heart to see a celebrity whose music I used to love harm children in this way.’

Allred said she was contacted by Dennis and she subsequently handed the tape over to the New York District Attorney.

She said the identity of the young girls was not known but there was no reason to believe they were the same victims who recently came forward for the documentary ‘Surviving R. Kelly’.

Allred noted that the video appeared to have been filmed in the 1990s and that her clients assumed the girls were underage because they were not ‘fully developed’.
