British television star Ant McPartlin was arrested on suspicion of drink driving yesterday – just 20 hours after he presented Saturday Night Takeaway.
The 42-year-old lost control of his £26,000 John Cooper black Mini and crashed into a green Mini and a maroon BMW in Richmond, south west London.
A three-year-old girl was injured and exclsuive footage obtained by MailOnline shows Ant looking dazed as he climbs out of his car following the crash.
Here, we outline the trail of destruction from the pile up which led to his arrest:
1. The television presenter was driving down Sheen Lane towards Lower Richmond Road when it is thought he lost control after going over a roundabout.
2. Shocked witnesses said they saw the star’s vehicle veer into traffic when going around a sharp corner.
3. It is believe his black vehicle collided with a green Mini and maroon BMW and ended up on the wrong side of the road.
4. Exclusive footage showed Ant looking dazed when he got out of his car and he was arrested after he failed a breathalyser test.
