Apple faces possible class action: firm

Apple is already facing multiple US lawsuits after it admitted a software update could be responsible for reduced performance and slower app launch times in some iPhones.

Australian firm Bannister Law says it’s “investigating if there is a case to answer” as “consumers may not be aware or may not have agreed to purchase a phone that may slow down or not perform how it should after updating”.
