  • Year 12 students across the country are preparing for their final ATAR exams
  • Online tutors Cluey Learning have challenged parents to see how they stack up
  • Parents are tasked with answering seven math questions Aussie students study

As Year 12 students across the country get ready to sit their final exams, Australian parents are being challenged to answer questions that most high-schoolers wouldn’t bat an eyelid at.

Online school tutors Cluey Learning have created a quick seven-question ATAR maths quiz parents can take to see how they perform compared to their kids gearing up for end-of-year exams.

On August 27, NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said that all children are expected to be back at their desk by November 8, while students in Victoria have been unable to attend school since lockdown began on August 5.

So while your kids are at home learning, why not test yourself at what they are being taught to receive an ATAR.

As students are gearing up for their final end-of-year exams, parents are being challenged to test themselves with an ATAR math quiz (stock)

The ATAR or Australian Tertiary Admission Rank, is a number between 0.00 and 99.95 that indicates a student’s position relative to everyone in their age group.

The score is used to help universities select students for courses, with admission being based on your ranking.

Cluey Learning’s ATAR Maths quiz for parents can be completed below and includes standard questions which students should be able to answer.
