Celebrities in reflective fabrics and clothing reminiscent of children’s colouring books dazzled on the ARIA Awards red carpet in Sydney on Wednesday. 

Fashionistas and singing sensations took advantage of the playful theme of the night, where guests can afford to experiment with fanciful fabrics and hair-raising hemlines, with celebrity stylist Jules Sebastian in a silver midi-dress inspired by a disco ball and songstress Halsey in a rainbow two-piece at The Star Casino.

Stars drew inspiration from popular culture, with Australian singer-songwriter Samantha Jade channelling Barbie in a bubblegum leather midi-dress which flaunted her jaw-dropping physique and Love Island Australia host Sophie Monk similarly showcasing her flawless figure in a daring black dress which exposed most of her chest.

The mother-of-two hit the mark with a pair of strappy metallic heels and a subtle pink manicure, styling her blonde ‘lob’ in effortless beachy waves around her collarbones.
