The fugitive £310 million Berkeley Homes heiress wanted for assaults on police left one officer with blood dripping from his head after a violent row, neighbours said today.
Chloe Pidgley, 26, failed to attend court yesterday to face accusations that she assaulted Pcs Calum Jackson and Jake Harris at her basement flat in Earls Court, West London, on March 29.
Westminster magistrates have now issued a warrant for her arrest.

Neighbours said Ms Pidgley was a ‘nuisance’ and had been involved in at least two serious disturbances at her flat this year.
On one occasion, police entered the property with riot shields.
A local told MailOnline: ‘She’s been nothing but trouble and to be honest I’m glad she’s gone. Or at least I hope she has as I haven’t seen her in ages.
‘She tends to attract a certain kind of man who she then has blazing rows with and the police get called.
‘About five months ago, I could hear a load of shouting at night and then smashing sounds. Within a few minutes, the street was lit up with blue lights from the police and an ambulance.
‘The police had Chloe pinned to the floor outside her flat. Goodness knows what sparked it all.
‘But she was ranting and raving, shouting and swearing and didn’t seem to care who was watching.

‘Another occasion the police went into the flat with helmets and riot shields.
‘She’s not very big or intimidating but she flies into these frightening rages and looks unhinged.’
Ms Pidgley used to live in the flat with her model sister, Chantelle, who moved out more than a year ago.
There was no answer at the £750,000 property when MailOnline visited this morning.
However a neighbour lives in the next-door block revealed: ‘There’s been a few times to be honest that the police have been round there.
‘One time I saw an officer wiping away blood from his head or face.
‘She was swearing at the police calling them “f****** useless”.
‘The officers were being very calm and basically left her to make a fool out of herself.’
The neighbour said he had seen Ms Pidgley on a couple of occasions recently heading into the flat but only staying very briefly.
He added: ‘She darts in and darts out again within a couple of minutes just to pick something up.
‘It doesn’t look as though she’s staying there.
‘She knows a lot of the Chelsea set so maybe someone over there is putting her up.’
The alleged attacks on the officers are said to have happened just four days after Ms Pidgley had been in court to see her violent ex-boyfriend jailed for beating her up.
She had been left curled up in a ball and screaming for mercy in a sustained attack by Antonio Henry, who refused to accept their relationship was over and threw a chair and a radiator at her.
She wept as he was jailed for 21-months at Isleworth Crown Court on March 25 and speaking afterwards said she was ‘over the moon’ her former partner had been jailed, adding: ‘I feel so much safer now. Its a fresh start.’
However, another neighbour said: ‘There’s been many disturbances since her former boyfriend was jailed.
‘The police have been called a number of times. She’s a nuisance.
‘Three of her windows have been broken and boarded up. Only one was broken by her ex-partner who was later jailed. The rest have been down to her.’
The former receptionist has been charged by postal requisition with two counts of assaulting an emergency worker.
Her grandfather, Tony Pidgley, 72, has earned close to £115million in the last 16 years as the founder and now chairman of leading housebuilder Berkeley Homes after co-founding the Berkeley Group in 1976.
