Arsenal pair Jack Wilshere and Theo Walcott were concentrating on keeping fit on Wednesday afternoon.
Wilshere and Walcott were quick to let supporters know that they weren’t slacking off during the international break.
Both of them have not been included in Gareth Southgate’s England side that will take on Slovenia on Thursday before the trip to Lithuania at the weekend.

Walcott posted an image of the pair on Instagram. ‘Live life with a smile,’ he captioned the picture.
The two Arsenal players have just under 100 appearances between them for England.
It is understood that the Gunners are prepared to sell Walcott while they can still command a fee for him before his contract expires at the end of the season.
Wilshere has proved his fitness this season, particularly when playing in the Europa League
The 28-year-old has played just 47 minutes of Premier League football so far this season.
Wilshere played in Arsenal’s Europa League victory over BATE Borisov last Thursday.
