A 16-year-old boy who died in a house fire has been remembered by his family as an incredibly talented student who had a passion for sport.
Ashley Graham was asleep in a converted tin shed where he lived with his father when the blaze broke out.
His dad was chopping wood at the time the fire took hold of the Commercial Road, in Forrestdale, property at 3am on August 11.

His family told 7 News that he was ‘remarkable’.
‘A talented student who loved his sport.’
Ashley’s sister told 9 News that her brother was ‘down to earth and different to most other teenagers’.
Ashley was awarded top student and Dux of his school and was working towards getting his licence.
The fire was intense and took time to extinguish, with four fire crews working to put it out.
Ashley’s uncle, who also lived on the property, heard two loud bangs and knew something was wrong, according to the program.

Ashley was supposed to meet his family so they could scatter the ashes of his grandparents who died recently.
