An aspiring actor called his ex-girlfriend 105 times in three hours before setting her house on fire and later returning to haunt her, saying ‘boo boo, I’m back’.

Marlee Timbery stalked or threatened the woman on three separate occasions in 2018.

The 23-year-old from Maroubra first threatened the woman in July when he turned up at her flat in east Sydney at 4.30am and started banging on the door.

Marlee Timbery (pictured) stalked or threatened the woman on three separate occasions in 2018.

According to court documents seen by news.com.au, he screamed: ‘I’ll smash your f***ing house up. You think you are smart. I’ll get inside that house.’

When she eventually let him in, he ran towards her and shouted ‘you f***ing little c***’.

According to court documents, he then allegedly grabbed her around the chest, lifted her up and held her against a railing, threatening to kill her.

The woman’s friend who was staying in the flat intervened and peeled Timbery away.

Police were called but the woman was too scared to tell them what happened.

Three months later in October the couple had a public argument on a train after Timbery accused the woman of talking to other men on Instagram.

Timbery spat on her and berated her, court documents said, before a worker at Museum train station opened an exit door for her so she could escape.

The argument continued via text messages in which he threatened to kill her before she later broke up with him that night.

But Timbery did not leave the woman alone and in November he called her 105 times in three hours while she was out at a bar.

Timbery threatened to burn her house down so the woman and her friend went home to stop him.

The aspiring actor, who has a star now profile saying he is looking for work as an extra, was not there when the women arrived but turned up at 3am.

Holding a jerry can with a hose coming out of it, he threatened to burn the house down.

He then poured petrol through the letterbox and lit a fire, causing the panicked woman to try to extinguish it before calling Triple Zero as Timbery ran.

The fire was put out and the woman was not hurt but later that evening he came back.

‘Boo boo. I’m back,’ Timbery said as he knocked on her door around 8pm.

‘Do you want to light this place up again boo boo, I will?’ he said.

‘Open the f***en door you dog. I know you called the police. It’s all good’.

The woman barricaded the door and called police who arrested Timbery.

He appeared at Sydney Central Local Court on Tuesday and pleaded guilty to three charges relating to stalking and property damage.

Three common assault charges were withdrawn, according to a charge sheet seen by Daily Mail Australia.

Timbery is due back in court on September 11.
