High-profile escort Samantha X was taken off a plane in a wheelchair after falling violently ill on an international flight.
The Sydney-based sex influencer was flying back to Australia from Indonesia when she got sick, forced to lie down in the aisle and use an oxygen mask.
The 48-year-old, who is the country’s highest-paid sex worker, revealed her ordeal on social media and posted an image being wheeled off the aircraft by medical staff.
A very grateful THANK YOU to all the amazing Qantas cabin crew, esp Debbie, from this morning’s QF46 Denpasar to Melbourne, who looked after me I fell ill,’ she wrote.

She posted the picture to her Twitter account where she was 65,000 followers, thanking Qantas staff for getting her through the illness.
The escort said she was forced to wait for a doctor to arrive at Melbourne Airport before she could get on her connecting flight to travel back to Sydney – responding to several people who had similar experiences.
‘I don’t know [what the illness is], just waiting to see doctor at Melbs airport as I need clearance to fly back to Sydney,’ Samantha wrote to a follower.
‘It’s possibly the worst place to get sick I agree. A million eyes on you when you’re lying on the aisle and an oxygen mask strapped to your face. No where to hide!’ she replied to another, revealing she required significant medical attention.

In a 2019 Samantha revealed she drank herself into oblivion to get over the heartbreak of her failed relationship with Channel 7 anchor Ryan Phelan.
The pair dated for less than a year, with the escort revealing she gave up the $5,000-per-night career for their relationship, only for Phelan to dump her shortly after.
‘I was a blackout drinker. I would wake up filled with guilt, shame and remorse. I did and said things the sober me wouldn’t have ever. I was the party girl that never grew up,’ she posted to Instagram.
‘Drinking quickly went from something social to slow suicide for me around eight years ago. It quickly progressed into a handy tool to numb my emotional pain.’
She is now a regular columnist ontop of managing her series of businesses, and has returned to sex work.
