Australian Survivor’s Ziggy talks ‘bad blood’ with Tara

Australian Survivor’s Tara Pitt told host Jonathan LaPaglia on Monday that she would be voting out Michelle, only to go against her word and put forward Ziggy.

And during eliminated contestant Nicola ‘Ziggy’ Zagame’s exit interview on Tuesday’s Studio 10, the former Olympian discussed her former co-star’s sly move.

‘We kind of had some bad blood,’ the 26-year-old told the talk show panel.

‘Honestly, I voted her out earlier on in the game, and she went to exile and changed tribes, so we kind of had some bad blood,’ Ziggy said on the Studio 10 set.

‘Yeah, I wasn’t surprised honestly,’ she added.

Ziggy’s comments were in relation to Monday night’s episode that saw the brunette being shockingly voted off Australian Survivor.

With all starting the day fighting for the immunity belt, the six remaining contestants were taken to the outdoor field and each set up with a ring and ball.

Instructed by host Jonathan LaPaglia to place the ball into the ring and swing it around, the last contestant standing won immunity.

With Michelle first to drop out, it wasn’t long before the rain started bucketing down which quickly saw the remaining game-players fail the challenge.

And for a third consecutive time, biggest threat Locky took home the immunity belt.

However in a turn of events, Tara, who blatantly told the host she’d be voting out Michelle when asked, bailed on her team and formed an alternate alliance.

With only two votes to NSW nanny Michelle and four votes to Ziggy, it was time for the athlete to go.

‘I like to cause a little bit of drama at Tribal (Council) and you were always gonna go,’ said Tara who’s being referred to online as a ‘snake’.

Australian Survivor continues Tuesday night at 7:30pm on Network Ten
