What are the treatments you can enjoy at Bionik?

Infrared Sauna: Proven to penetrate deeper into the cells than the average saunas available in most gyms, with pulsating three-in-one treatments, members receive near, mid and far infrared rays.

Functional magnetic stimulation: The Tesla Former for Body engages and contracts the muscles, giving up to 50,000 contractions per 30 minute session. This is equivalent to doing 30,000 crunches, and helps users achieve results that exercise alone could not compete with.

Functional magnetic stimulation for pelvic floor: The Tesla Chair for Pelvic Floor and Lower Back offers women a chance to tighten their pelvic floor muscles and treat incontinence. Everyone can benefit from the lower back treatment.

Cold compression therapy: Squeezes muscles and joints with cryotherapy, which is shown to speed up recovery for top athletes by at least 20 per cent and a must-have for any one post-surgery looking to enhance their healing.

Erectile dysfunction shockwave therapy: Men’s focused shockwave therapy treatment, focused on enhancing the male penis and treating erectile dysfunction. Men who have used this treatment in clinical trials saw a 75 per cent success rate in erectile improvement, with many noting an increase in size too.

Smart light stimulation: Brings the healing power of red, green and blue light – the healing power of light is well known. Treating acne, scars or reducing the signs of ageing or sun damage. For anyone wanting glowing skin, this is their secret weapon.

Red light pod: Activates the lymphatic system to help detoxify the body, boost the immune system, reduce cellulite, and aid weight loss. Red Light Therapy can also help with mental health.

Airpod hydroxy therapy: Takes float tanks and escape pods to the next level. The relaxing cocoon is pumped with oxygen and hydrogen, and directs these life-giving gases straight to where they are needed in the body to help reduce fatigue, burn out, stress, depression, joint pain and skin issues.
