Australia’s most famous identical twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque set to star in a US reality TV show

Australia’s most famous identical twins who eat, sleep and shower together with their shared boyfriend of nine years are set to star in a US reality TV show.

Anna and Lucy DeCinque, 35, from Perth, take their sisterly bond to a whole new level – they dress alike, spend every minute together, and both want to get pregnant to their boyfriend Ben Byrne, 40, at the same time.

Now the duo – who have earned the world title of the ‘most identical twins’ – are putting their interconnected lives on show in the TLC network’s new series Extreme Sisters.

The program – which chronicles the lives and relationships of the DeCinques and four other sets of siblings – will launch in the States today before hitting Australian streaming services later this year.

‘We were ready to showcase our love story,’ Lucy told Confidential.

‘We are the show to be quite honest, I don’t think there’s anyone more extreme than the two of us.’

The sisters have been dating their mechanic boyfriend since 2012 and want to get married but polygamy is banned under the Australian Marriage Act 1961.

The trio, who live with the womens’ mother, share a king sized bed, with Ben in the middle, and hope to one day achieve their nuptials overseas.

Although the celebrated twins have featured in many media appearances over the past decade, the show will be the first time Ben’s side of the story will play out on screen.

‘He was the one who really wanted us to do this show,’ Lucy said.

‘People were waiting to hear his voice, his views and what it’s like living with two girlfriends. Ben is such a chilled guy, he’s not really like “look at me I’ve got two girlfriends” he just loves us for who we are.’

‘We just think we are one person,’ the DeCinque twins explained in the show’s trailer.

The twins eat the exact same meal every day, measuring the size to ensure they both receive the same size portion, and both do the same workout daily.

In 2019, the sisters revealed on an episode of Australian TV program Hughesy they were both present while the other had sex with Ben.

‘There’s no jealousy in the relationship if Ben will kiss Anna he will kiss me,’ Lucy said.

Anna added: ‘Ben accepts us… he doesn’t mind that we dress alike and want to be together, he doesn’t judge us.

‘We always have each other’s backs… there’s always two against one. He gets double the love, double the attention.’

The DeClinques first found fame after they spent $250,000 on matching surgery to remain identical.

When they reached their 20s, the sisters opted for years of lip fillers, breast implants, facial tattooing, skin needling, laser treatments and even eyebrows and hair extensions.

The twins – who once had 14 beauty procedures in two weeks – later decided to have their eyebrow and lip tattoos removed and let their fillers dissolve after realising they’d overdone the procedures.
