A man has been arrested after he was caught sexually assaulting a passed out British Oktoberfest visitor by performing an oral sex act on him.
Police said they were looking for pickpocketers at around 10pm when they spotted the two men on a hill next to the giant meadow where Germany’s biggest beer festival is held.
The incident happened last Thursday in Munich, the capital of the German state of Bavaria.

The victim, a 26-year-old British man, did not even realise the sex act was being performed on him as he was completely passed out.
Police arrested the 46-year-old suspect, an Austrian national whose name has not been reported and charged him with sexual abuse of an incapacitated person.
The hill on which the incident happened is infamous due to the many vomiting or passed out tourists scattered around and couples trying to have sex.
On the same day, the Munich police also arrested a 37-year-old Iraqi national who had allegedly groped a 28-year-old American Oktoberfest visitor under her skirt in one of the party tents.
He is currently being investigated on suspicion of the sex attack.
The Munich Oktoberfest ends on Wednesday.
