The tyke is sitting in a high chair at a restaurant in Orangeburg, New York, when a whopping plate of the sweet and savory mash-up is placed in front of her. 

Her eyes open wide and she licks her lips expectantly as syrup is poured over the top of the crispy fried chicken sitting on a waffle that’s twice the size of the baby’s head.
