Baby stops crying when she realizes she’s on camera

One Ohio mother of a baby girl may have a future actress on her hands — or a future reality star.

Juliette, a tiny tot from Cambridge, Ohio, was being particularly fussy in her bassinet one night, crying and scrunching up her face.

But her mom was ready with the perfect way to calm her down, and it didn’t involve a bottle or pacifier: All Juliette needs is a camera trained on her to get her to smile, and she quickly did in a funny video that has gone viral.

Juliette’s mom shared with Newsflare that it all started when Juliette was having a normal ‘fussy night and keeping mommy up.’

She began video taping the baby, with the intention of sending it to Juliette’s dad so he could see what she’d been dealing with while he was at work.

She said she wanted Juliette’s dad to ‘feel bad for poor mommy and the fussy baby.’

But ultimately, it seems, Juliette is a charmer, and wasn’t about to let her dad see her having a tantrum.

‘As soon as she sees I have my phone aka camera pointed at her she turns on the charm. She loves selfies, Snapchat, and smiling when a camera is pointed her way,’ her mom said.

So when the camera swung to her, Juliette very quickly went from weepy to gleeful.

Her face transformed — first, she stopped crying. Then, in a matter of seconds, a big open-mouthed toothless smile spread across her face.

The video was recorded in March, but a GIF of the moment was recently shared on  Imgur, where it has racked up over 2.5 million views in two days.

‘That smile, from 0-to awww in no time,’ gushed one commenter.

‘Actor in the making,’ wrote another. ‘She has the cutest face ever! What a lil’ cutie,’ said a third.
