But Nina Rolleston looked more confident than ever on Sunday night, as she debuted her 12kg weight loss on Bachelor in Paradise.
The Brisbane-based wedding planner, 30, told TV Week that she changed up her lifestyle after first appearing on TV three years ago.

‘It wasn’t a conscious decision,’ Nina said, crediting her weight loss to more gradual changes instead of sweating it out with a personal trainer.
But she admitted turning 30 was a catalyst to improving her lifestyle and now Nina claims she ‘couldn’t be happier’.
She explained: ‘My career blossomed, my friendships went from strength-to-strength, and I just started loving myself more.’

Speaking of her role on Bachelor In Paradise, Nina said she feels more comfortable trying to find love now she has a fitter physique.
In recent months, the reality TV star has posted several photos of herself from her body transformation journey.
Last December, she took to Instagram share a recent photo of herself atop a mountain alongside an older picture in which she displays a fuller figure.

‘Not one minute spent in the gym, with a personal trainer or counting calories … The difference is self-worth.’
