She went on to describe how her experiences over the past year had shaped her identity and changed her perspective on the world, writing: ‘I may have stumbled along the way but I wouldn’t change a thing!!’
Cobie proceeded to thank her fans and friends for their support, before penning a special tribute to Chris.
