And now Jarrod Woodgate has revealed that after the rejection, which took place in tropical Fiji, he was boated away from the blonde and her chosen man.
Appearing on KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O show on Friday, the 32-year-old revealed he was sent to another island away from the couple, ‘There was an ocean inbetween us, which was good.’

Clarifying that he felt the separation was a good thing because then he ‘didn’t have to hear anything.’
The vineyard manager also confessed that he had no idea he was being filmed following Sophie’s rebuff.
Visibly emotional, Jarrod was seen walking down the beach and also leaning against a tree: ‘I didn’t realise while I was standing there that they were filming me. I thought I was off to the side, I needed my time but they captured that,’ he said.

‘It’s hard. I didn’t really care about them I was more focused on how I was feeling as a person,’ he told the presenters.
When asked what he did afterwards, he said he ‘had a few cordials’ and then called his parents.
‘Obviously I broke down to them. This is the first time I have felt like this in a long time,’ he shared.

Jarrod also said that he still had a lot of feelings for his ‘ex’.
‘I’m still hung up on Sophie, I was 110 per cent confident that we were going to be walking off together.
‘There are a lot of things that you guys didn’t get to see that led up to all the feelings that I had for Sophie,’ he said.
