Bachelorette star Georgia Love is mistaken for Kate Middleton by royal fans on social media – and hilariously quips ‘I’ll take that!’

She’s the journalist who rose to fame looking for love on The Bachelorette Australia back in 2016.

And on Thursday, Georgia Love, 33, was a little bemused – and no doubt flattered – when she was mistaken for Kate Middleton by some royal fans on social media.

Georgia shared a screenshot on her Instagram stories showing the royal fan page that used a picture of her and said it was the Duchess of Cambridge, 39.

‘I’ll take that!’ Georgia hilariously quipped.

She added: ‘Clarifying that yes, this is me, but no, I am sadly not the Duchess of Cambridge.’

In the image, Georgia is seen with her long dark locks out and over her shoulders and wears a black hat, sunglasses, pearl earrings and a leather jacket.

After arriving to the star-studded event, the couple gazed adoringly at one another as they posed on the red carpet.

Georgia made a style statement in a white dress which featured a long back and short front.

It’s been a big year for the couple who got married in March and bought a house in Melbourne last month.

The pair tied the knot at the picturesque Frogmore Creek Winery in Tasmania in an outdoor wedding and reception.
