She appeared furious after failing to receive a rose on Thursday night, almost refusing to leave the show.
But Vanessa Sunshine claims her exit was far from dramatic.
‘Yeah that’s not how it went down,’ the 27-year-old told TV WEEK after her elimination.

‘What actually happened is I said my goodbye to Nick first. I said, “I hope you find whatever and whoever it is you’re searching for” and then I had to say goodbye to the girls. I hugged them all, except for Romy, and then I walked off,’ she added.
Vanessa went on to explain that it was the editing which made her appear furious about Nick’s decision
‘Like I stood there for probably one second and they made it out like it was really long, that’s not what happened,’ she added.

Thursday night’s episode of The Bachelor saw Vanessa booted from the competition.
The legal secretary was overhead saying on-camera: ‘Well obviously Nick doesn’t think I’m “The One” for him, but to be honest I really don’t care, it’s not my problem.
‘If he thinks Romy’s [Poulier] for him then I’m not going to cry or lose sleep over it. I’m like whatever. Bye. See ya later!’
Shortly after Vanessa was booted off the show by Nick, fans quickly began venting their frustrations on Twitter.
One penned an appreciation post for the brunette, writing: ‘Vanessa Sunshine is a GODDAMN queen and I cannot believe I only realised it in the episode she left.’
