‘Bagel Boss’ guy reveals he is FREE in foul-mouthed Twitter video and claims cops mocked him for his height – hours after he was arrested for ‘threatening people with a bat’ and sent to a Long Island hospital for a psych evaluation

  • The Suffolk County Police Department handcuffed Morgan, took him into custody and then placed him at a local hospital
  • He was released without charges filed against him

The ‘Bagel Boss’ guy is free after being handcuffed by police officers for swinging a small bat at people and taken to a hospital where he underwent a psych evaluation.  

Chris Morgan, 45, announced on his Twitter account Sunday that he was released from a local New York hospital after receiving a psych evaluation. 

In the post captioned, ‘I’m free f*uckers’, Morgan can be seen sitting in the back of a car heading home from the hospital.

With the ‘Cops’ theme song ‘Bad Boys’ playing, Morgan lets loose a string of expletives as he flicks off the camera.

Earlier that day, Morgan was handcuffed and taken into custody by the Suffolk County Police Department for causing a disturbance at Bay Shore Marina Beach in Long Island. 

Police arrived to the scene around 5.45pm to find Morgan shouting at people and swinging a mini bat. 

He told the New York Post that a friend had provoked him. 

Morgan said: ‘One minute he was my friend, now the next minute he’s attacking me.’

Morgan was allegedly sitting in a beach chair at the marina when a friend misted his knee with bug spray, dumped soda on him and punched him in the nose. 

‘I kicked his chair over but basically, that was it,’ he told the New York Post.

The videos were shared on Facebook by witnesses who saw Morgan be detained by police

In the video shared by Facebook users on the page The Real World: The Islips Edition, witnesses shared footage of the five-foot-tall hot head yelling at a man while being detained by police. 

The man next to Morgan says, ‘We’re sick of your nonsense.’

Morgan tries to reason with police, saying the man, ‘sprayed my eyes!’  

The alleged substance is unknown. 

He told the New York Post: ‘I was screaming at them, ‘Why is he not in handcuffs?’ 

Morgan also told the New York Post that police officers were taunting him about his height while inside the patrol car. 

‘The cop in the passenger goes ‘How tall are you? They made a joke of this whole thing … I got violated and humiliated,’ he told the New York Post.

He was released with no charges filed against him.

Morgan went viral after being captured on footage captured of him in July showed him yelling and ranting at customers inside at the Bagel Boss shop in Long Island.  

He shouted at strangers who he believed were making fun of his height and how women were not attracted to him. 

His short temper has since carried a long way, as Morgan is scheduled to box against Mets legend Dykstra in Atlantic City September 28.
