A ballerina kicked an officer in the groin and tried to bite him after being told she was too drunk to board her flight home.

Daiana Andreas Rivera, 33, lashed out at police officers at Heathrow Airport after she was reported for being drunk and disorderly at the Wetherspoon’s Flying Chariot pub in Terminal 2. 

Ms Rivera was planning to fly home to Madrid, Spain, after being made homeless from her place in London, The Sun reported.  

However she became increasingly disruptive when she could not find her passport and turned aggressive towards officers after being told she could not board her flight.   

The ballerina has performed in Romeo and Juliet, Copelia and Swan Lake for dance company Danza SXXI and has starred in Spain’s renowned Victor Ullate Ballet Company.

The dancer will be sentenced on Tuesday for three offences of common assault on an emergency worker and possession of a knife

She was also found in the terminal with a lock knife and wept as she appeared yesterday at Isleworth Crown Court via video link from HMP Bronzefield, Surrey.  

The court heard how the Spanish-Columbian dancer was not feeling well during the hearing. 

The dancer will be sentenced for three offences of common assault on an emergency worker and possession of a knife on Tuesday. 

At an earlier hearing at Ealing Magistrates’ Court, Ms Rivera admitted to being drunk and disorderly at the Flying Chariot pub in Terminal 2.

The court heard: ‘When officers tried to escort her to a police van, she tried to bite an officer on the arm as well as kicking and scratching him.

‘She became more aggressive and kicked another officer in the testicles before grabbing the other officer and drew blood with her nails.’

Ms Rivera did not attack anyone with the lock knife as he forgot she had it with her, the court heard.  

She was denied bail and fined £100 for being drunk and disorderly.
