Taking to Instagram, the Australian model shared an image to her Instagram story announcing a new milestone in her battle with the illness.

‘Realised I’ve had type 1 diabetes for 16 years this month’: Taking to Instagram, the Australian model shared an image to her Instagram story announcing a new milestone in her battle with the illness.
‘Realised I’ve had type 1 diabetes for 16 years this month,’ she wrote next to an image titled ‘Living with an invisible illness’.
Below the title were two cartoon flowers- a healthy one labelled as ‘outside’, and a wilting one labelled as ‘inside’.
The subsequent post showed a makeup-free Bambi injecting her arm with insulin, along with the text: ‘Which means over 35K. Yep, 35,000 plus. I do six of these a day.’
