Another bank robbery took place just blocks away from the SunTrust heist the same day that he is accused of as well, WRBL said.

They said he was arrested attempting to buy a car with cash from R. Cochran at a Phenix City car lot.

‘He said “I like this Mercedes” and I told him the price of the Mercedes. And he said, “Well, I’ll take anything I’m just in a rush.” I said, “OK well, let’s go inside.” He said, “I got the money right now.” Cochran told WRBL. ‘So he showed me a wad of cash. When he showed me the cash, I was like, “Whoa.”‘

He appeared in the same Russell County Jail for 2015 shoplifting in Alabama, according the sheriff’s office.
