Bear Grylls is set to earn £8.2 million before the year is out.
The survival expert, 50, will be fronting the reality competition series Bear Hunt for Netflix later this year and it is thought that the new show could make him very rich.
According to The Sun, paperwork for Bear’s company Natural Studios Productions Limited shows that his firm is due for the huge cash boost.
What’s more, the documents also showed that he earned a £1.7million payout in 2023 as well as a a £1.1million dividend payment on top.
The former SAS trooper will front the new series alongside former This Morning star Holly Willoughby, 43, and the gig will serve as her first venture away from ITV following her departure from the morning show amid the Phillip Schofield scandal.

The Netflix show was filmed abroad earlier this year and has cast a whole host of famous faces who will be seen being put to the test.
Model Lottie Moss is believed to have been in Costa Rica to take part in the new reality survival show and was spotted recently supposedly after filming.
The show will see former SAS trooper Bear hunt down 10 British celebrities in the jungle, testing out their skills of surviving in the wild..
Another star said to have signed up for the new show is former Saturdays singer Una Healy,.
She will be joined by the likes of Spice Girls star Mel B and Strictly Come Dancing head judge Shirley Ballas.
It was recently rumoured that the contestants been told to look out for rabid vampire bats and deadly snakes as they begin filming.
A medical team is on standby at all times of the day and night to ensure the welfare of the stars on the show.

A source told the publication: ‘The Bear Hunt is not for the faint hearted and all the celebrities who have signed up know they’re going to be heading into the wild where it’s teeming with animal nasties.’
‘As well as snakes like the venomous hog-nosed pit viper and spiders like the black widow and brown recluse, the jungle is also teeming with bats which can spread rabies.’
But the insider was insistent that ‘every precaution’ had been taken in order to ensure the safety of the cast.
‘Naturally every precaution possible has been put in place by Netflix to ensure the safety of everyone working on the show, from the crew to the celebrities, but it’s a show which isn’t for the faint hearted.’
