But it appears as if James Letheby and Jess Heatley still received their happy ending.
The reality star couple looked loved-up as ever as they attended an art exhibition date in Adelaide over the weekend.

Uploading a gallery of photographs to his Instagram, the pair appeared in good spirits as they posed for a series of cosy photos together.
One photo sees the cosplayer, 25, posing cheek-to-cheek with his girlfriend, 23, in front of a Van Gogh Alive artwork of yellow daisies and a painted blue sky.
Jess opted for comfort during the outing, dressed in a baby pink coloured hoodie which she paired with a matching face-mask.

James opted for a casual-smart look, opting for a royal blue T-shirt and black trench coat.

Host Sophie Monk noticed the sparks flying between the pair, and promptly reshuffled the couples so that they could be together.
Lachlan Mansell and Keira Johnstone were crowned the winners during Tuesday night’s finale of Beauty and the Geek.
The pair earned the most votes from the other contestants, ahead of Alexander and Eliza Sowada-Smith, and Josie Werner and George.
