The Russian beauty queen who wed the then-Malaysian king has claimed she was sent ‘poisonous messages’ and told she ‘wormed her way into the Sultan’s bed’.
Oksana Voevodina, 27, revealed the set of astonishing texts as Russia’s top female opposition politician Ksenia Sobchak vowed to protect her and her baby son Leon.
She claims the messages came from a Czech woman known in Malaysia as Diana Petra or Janna and claims to be Sultan Muhammad V of Kelantan’s undeclared wife.
During the explosive TV interview with Russian presenter Ms Sobchak, Ms Voevodina also said she had been threatened with being ‘thrown to the lions’.

The king divorced the former Miss Moscow beauty queen and abdicated his throne after his relationship with her became public knowledge – but the pair are in a bitter divorce battle as earlier revealed by MailOnline.
Ms Voevodina claimed that one message from the woman read: ‘Please tell her (Oksana) to come soon – I’ll throw her in the Lions’s cage.
‘Simba is very hungry. Oksana can be the queen of public toilets in Kelantan – we are short of cleaners.’
The sultan keeps a lion cub called Simba in his sprawling palace grounds. The message says of Ms Voevodina: ‘She wormed her way to my husband’s bed…
‘She shouldn’t try get pregnant by someone who has a family already! She’s an absolute monster and manipulator and the truth about her lies will come out one day so she could weigh what she says…’
‘Poisonous’ messages are also said to have been sent to Ms Voevodina’s father Andrey Gorbatenko, allegedly from the Czech woman.

A message to the surgeon, read: ‘How dare she sleep in my bed! And put her things in my bathroom! And how dare she try to steal my husband!!!!!’
Ms Voevodina’s doctor father replied: ‘Sorry I’m busy with my patient.’
The woman claiming to be a wife of the then king – married to him since 2010 – replied: ‘No problem doctor – just convey my messages to your daughter she should have (a) reality check . He lost his throne because of that b***h!’
The messages were revealed in the second part of a TV show DokTok in which Oksana also claimed she had received a direct threat against her son, as previously reported by MailOnline.
The real identity of the alleged Czech woman is not known but Ms Voevodina claimed on Russian TV that her first name is Janna and the ex-king lists her on his mobile as ‘Bob’.
During the show – which is shown across Russia’s 11 time zones – it was revealed Ms Voevodina had received a message stating: ‘The life of the child may be in real danger.

During the show it was revealed Ms Voevodina had received a message stating: ‘The life of the child may be in real danger’ (pictured is her nine-month-old son Leon)
‘You’ve got to think about the steps that Oksana makes. I repeat – the life of the child depends on her actions. I am less worried for her than I am for her child.
‘He can become an heir, or a nobody. Oksana must think for herself – what she wants, if she wants to keep the baby for herself.
‘My main task is to pass the message through to her that the baby may be in great danger.’
Sources close to Oksana have claimed the police are probing this message but Russian law enforcement has not commented .
Ms Voevodina told Russian viewers that she was ready for her child to undergo DNA tests to prove he’s the son and heir of the sultan who rules Kelantan state in Malaysia after giving up a throne to which – under the Malaysian system – he could return too.

She said: ‘My only aim is to live in peace and raise my son. I would love to be able to make a peace deal, to strike friendship with my ex husband.’
She had rejected $1 million be cause the deal was meant to ‘shut her up’, said her lawyer Ivan Melnikov.
He said: ‘Oksana does not ask for anything big for herself. She says she’ll work things out by herself. But she does expect him to provide for the baby.’
He claimed: ‘That $1 million sum was given to her just to shut her up. She was supposed to take the money and then what…?
‘They could have kidnapped his baby after giving her this money. Would you have sold your baby for a million dollars? Of course not.’
Ms Sobchak asked the sultan’s ex-wife if she wanted her son to be a future Malaysian king. ‘I want him to grow into a good, decent man,’ she said.
‘It will be up to him to decide whether he wants to be a king. He will make this decision when he grows up and is able to take conscious decisions.

Ms Sobchak also asked Ms Voevodina (pictured with her wedding dress) if she wanted her son to be a future Malaysian king. She replied: ‘I want him to grow into a good, decent man’
‘As a mother I must give him the chance to have a choice, so that he is able to make such decisions.’
Ms Sobchak – one of the most prominent political figures in Russia whose father Anatoly was Putin’s political mentor – said: ‘The potential future King of Malaysia, a Muscovite, lives in hiding with his mother in Moscow.
‘Oksana is scared for him. She is trying to limit the time she spends outside.’
Ms Sobchak told her: ‘We will be following your life and of course we will be helping you.’
She said: ‘I am hoping that this programme will make sure that it will help to keep you and your son alive.’
Ms Voevodina also told how she was hidden in the sultan’s sprawling Kelantan palace both before and after they were married in an Islamic ceremony.
The servants were not permitted to see her, she said.
Ms Voevodina said she intended to give birth to her child (Leon pictured) in Lugano, Switzerland, and drove to Munich, Germany, when the Sultan didn’t reply to her messages
‘He said that as the head of state he could not live with me without a marriage,’ she said.
‘This is how it was before we got married, so I had to leave the rooms when the cleaners came. And nothing much changed after the wedding. I continued to hide.’
She claimed that the Czech wife had also been hidden and undeclared to his people.
Ms Voevodina said: ‘From what I know no-one had a clue about Czech wife either. She had to hide in the same way that I did, for years. It was no fun being a royal bride in Malaysia.
‘I can’t say that my life was a fairytale as I had to hide myself from everyone’s eye for one and half years – even after the wedding.’
She told how a showdown in Munich proved to be the culmination of their short marriage.

She was in Lugano in Switzerland where she intended to give birth to her child. He was in Munich but not reply to her messages.
‘I simply got in the cab and decided to drive from Lugano to Munich,’ she said.
‘Five hours, in the mountains. When I arrived there I saw many Malays, his servants. They were scared to see me.’ She claimed she found him there with another woman.
She said: ‘The last message was on his abdication day, 6 January 2019. ‘He messaged that he missed me a lot, and that on this day he was leaving his job. And after his abdication, he vanished.
‘My friends supported me a lot at that moment. My close friend was simply living with me over the remaining five months of my pregnancy.’
