‘Belfie’ queen Jen Selter has taken Instagram by storm with her voluptuous backside, and now she is offering her own advice on how to upgrade your gym routine.
The 24-year-old fitness model made it big four years ago after posting butt selfies which helped her amass more than 12 million follower on Instagram.
In an exclusive interview with DailyMailTv, Jen discussed her hot tips for getting a beach body before summer without going under the knife.

‘If you’re going to promote fitness and you’re a** is fake, don’t do that,’ Jen said.
She garnered her fitness fame without modifying any of her body parts to achieve the results she wanted.
Instead, Jen made a commitment to the gym in order to grow her backside.
In a workout with DailyMailTV’s Alicia Quarles, the star explained what moves will help build the booty before swimsuit season officially begins.
Her first recommendation is the in and out squat, which helps sculpt both the derriere and the inner thighs.
Following the move is the jump squat, which focuses on the front part of the legs.
The final move Jen recommends is fire hydrants to challenge the outer thigh and glute area.

‘I don’t think anything changes immediately,’ Jen said. ‘It’s a process. It takes time and consistency.’
For a sweat-inducing cardio workout, Jen recommends the stairmaster because it challenges the butt at the same time.
Other moves on the stairmaster besides just walking up include skipping the stairs and glute kickbacks.
Working out is not the only area Jen incorporates a routine in order to keep her curves. She also sticks to a clean diet.
In the morning, Jen will eat egg whites with a side of fruit. This is followed by a salad with chicken or sushi for lunch. For dinner, she likes to have either chicken, steak or salmon with vegetables.
Each meal is filled with lean proteins to help grow the muscles she works while at the gym.
But people with a sweet tooth can rejoice because the fitness star believes in indulging in one piece of dark chocolate a day to satisfy her sugar cravings.
