Ben Affleck and Matt Damon share a laugh as they team up on set of their untitled Nike movie in Los Angeles

Ben Affleck and Matt Damon were spotted having a giggle as they worked together in Los Angeles on Friday.

The two filmmakers, 49 and 51, respectively, have teamed up once again for a new feature about how Nike worked to secure a deal with Michael Jordan in the 1980s.

Affleck kept it casual in a long-sleeved gray T-shirt and sneakers while Damon wore slacks and loafers.

Ben added a pair of dark pants and contrasted them with white sneakers that had grey accents.

He rolled the sleeves of his crewneck shirt up to his elbows and sported his usual full beard.

For his part Matt wore a short-sleeved white collared shirt that he tucked into his belted trousers.

He wore a wristwatch, parted his light brown hair on the side, and showed off his clean-shaven face.

This movie — which is still untitled — is the first time Affleck has directed his longtime friend, who helped him tweak Alex Convery’s 2021 blacklist script Air Jordan, which was inspired by ESPN’s 2015 documentary Sole Man.

In the project Damon plays former Nike executive Sonny Vaccaro, who embarked on a relentless quest to sign Chicago Bulls shooting guard Michael Jordan to what was then a fledgling running-shoe company.

The Deep Water star takes on the role of Nike co-founder Phil Knight, who was Vaccaro’s boss.

While no one will be playing the 59-year-old NBA legend, Oscar winner Viola Davis plays his powerful mother Deloris in a cast that includes Jason Bateman, Chris Tucker, Marlon Wayans, and Chris Messina.

The Project Greenlight creators have collaborated numerous times, most recently on Ridley Scott’s Medievel drama The Last Duel, which only earned $30.6M back from its $100M budget last year.

In 1998, Ben and Matt made history as the youngest people to win the Oscar for best original screenplay for co-writing Gus Van Sant’s drama Good Will Hunting.
