Ben Lawson reveals he always takes cannabis gummies and drinks alcohol while travelling

He’s the former Neighbours star who splits his time between Australia and the U.S.

And Ben Lawson has revealed exactly how he deals with the stress of long-haul flights across the globe.

Appearing in a video for GQ magazine, the Logie winner, 41, revealed he regularly eats cannabis gummies before boarding flights to help calm his nerves.

Cannabis gummies are legal in many American states, and can assist with feelings of anxiety and discomfort.

‘If you live in a state or a country where these are legal, I highly recommend them. You’re not allowed to travel with these but they are completely legal at LAX where I fly out of,’ Ben explained.

‘What I find works is taking one as I go through security. By the time I’m boarding the plane it’s starting to do its job,’ he said.
