Beyoncé dazzled as she performed in the pouring rain during her concert in Washington, DC, where she shelled out $100,000 to keep trains running.

The singer, 41, looked sensational in a sequinned bodysuit and knee high metallic boots on stage at the FedExField.

Sharing a series of photos to Instagram on Monday, she proved that the show must go on as she battled the elements on stage.

Adverse weather had forced Beyoncé to postpone the show for almost two hours after a shelter in place order was issued as a result of inclement weather.

Performing an array of her hit songs, she flicked her wet back back from her face and was joined by a group of backing dancers.

Fans praised the superstar for continuing, with one commenting: ‘Sis said the show must go on (cause I ain’t giving out refunds.’

‘She’s performing in rain, snow, hurricane, sun,’ another added.

A third wrote: ‘Beyoncé- 1, Rain- 0’

Following the conclusion of the show, Beyonce graciously stepped in to provide her fans with an extra hour of train service to make sure concertgoers get home safely,  according to the local ABC7.

The performer paid for nearly 100 train stations to remain open for exits only, with an entrance only being available at Morgan Boulevard.

The Drunk In Love singer previously teased that she would be embarking on a tour in October of last year.

The Grammy Award-winning singer confirmed that she was planning on going on the road this past February.

The run of shows was undertaken in support of her seventh studio album, Renaissance, which was released last July.

Renaissance was also put up for numerous awards, and it was nominated for the Record of the Year distinction during the 65th Grammy Awards ceremony.

Prior to her new run of shows, the last time that the performer embarked on a long-term tour was during the On the Run II Tour, which she co-headlined with her husband, Jay-Z, in 2018.

The songwriter kicked off her tour with a pair of shows that took place at the Friends Arena in Stockholm this past May.
