Despite her very casual outing, the beauty still ensured she was the most stylish shopper of them all as she strolled around the store in a polka dot, cold-shoulder blouse, mom jeans and fluffy burgundy heels.
Seemingly attempting to keep a low-profile, the star partly concealed her face beneath a pair of over-sized shades – though it seemed her sunglasses weren’t fooling anyone as fans quickly snapped pictures of the star on their phones.
‘Bro im so freaking sad right now :((( my sister ran into beyonce at target up in LA,’ one of her admirers bemoaned on Twitter.

The humble outing came just over a week after Blue proved she knows a thing or two about the art world as she bid on very expensive pieces during the live auction for the second annual Wearable Art Gala at WACO Theatre Center in Los Angeles.

‘Blue is out there bidding,’ celebrity auctioneer Star Jones said with enthusiasm. ‘You gonna do 19?’
Holding a bidding card, Blue seemed overcome with joy as her parents laughed alongside the excited little girl.
‘Her mother and father have been talking about how you gather art and that is a big deal for African Americans,’ Jones said.
