Beyoncé reveals she weighed 175 pounds after giving birth to twins

She looked her absolute best dazzling music festival attendees on stage last year, during her epic and historic Coachella performance.

But as it turns out, it took a lot of work for Beyoncé to get into performance shape.

In a new video promoting the plant-based program 22 Days Nutrition, the songstress, 37, revealed she weighed 175 pounds on the very first day of Coachella rehearsals.

Coachella journey: Beyoncé shared her 22 Days Nutrition fitness and diet journey Wednesday on YouTube ahead of her historic 2018 performance at the Coachella Music Festival

The video shares the highs and lows of Beyoncé’s weight loss journey, from the moment she steps onto the scale and learns she weighs 175 pounds, to her elation at finally being able to fit into her Wonder Woman costume.

Beyoncé had given birth to twins Rumi and Sir on June 13, 2017, and was open about the challenges she faced getting back into shape for her Coachella performance.

Though she never revealed how much weight she lost, the video gave fans an intimate look at her diet and exercise routine.

‘Good morning. It’s 5am and this is day one of rehearsals for Coachella,’ Beyoncé said at the start of the video before stepping onto a scale.

‘Everyone’s nightmare,’ she said while weighing herself.
