On top of the list was the pregnant photo of Beyonce that was shared earlier this year. Coming in fourth was the shot of the singer holding her twins Rumi and Sir.
But what was most interesting is that Selena Gomez had five images in the top 10, including that shot of her in the hospital when she was getting her kidney transplant.

‘I honestly look forward to sharing with you, soon my journey through these past several months as I have always wanted to do with you.’
