Britain’s Got Talent star Ashley Glazerbrook has become a father for the first time after welcoming a daughter with fiancé Liam Durbidge via surrogacy.

The Twist and Pulse danger, 31, first revealed the news last month via Instagram, gushing the tot had ‘stolen their hearts’.

The doting dad’s stayed six nights in hospital with their daughter – who they have named Tillie – after she arrived a month prematurely.

Ashley found fame on the ITV talent show alongside dace partner Glen Murphy, with whom he finished runner-up in 2010.

Nine years later the duo went on to be crowned the ultimate act as they returned to win BGT: The Champions.

She told The Sun: ‘Something so simple as having a family really is taken for granted, when I gave birth to my third child it finally sunk in how important family was. I finally felt ‘complete’ and I had that family unit that I’d longed for’.

‘This then made me feel so desperate for the couples that were childless. Why couldn’t they have a family like me? How is it fair that they will never experience that rush of love for their baby?

‘I knew I could make a difference. And seeing a family be created in front of your very eyes in that delivery room knowing you made that possible is the most indescribable feeling!’

Earlier this week they shared a gorgeous snap of sleeping Millie as she wore a cute bunny baby grow.

They captioned the snap: ‘I know it’s not Easter yet but look at our little bunny’.

The new family could also be seen in a string of beaming selfies as they enjoyed their time together.

Back in 2019 the dancing duo were left stunned after beating beating father and son act Stavros Flatley to be crowned BGT: The Champion winners.

As Twist and Pulse struggled to take in the good news, their families were left ecstatic and were seen jumping up and down in their seats.

The pair then hugged each other and were heard whispering: ‘Oh my God, what the hell man!’

After gaining their composure, Glen said: ‘I am absolutely speechless! I can’t thank you guys enough, I’m holding back everything right now.’

While Ashley took the opportunity to thank their fans for voting, adding: ‘It literally feel like… amazing. I’ve said it before, things like this don’t happen to me and my best friend Glen.

‘I’d like to say thank you so much, this means the world to us, honestly!’

Ant and Dec then turned to runners-up Stavros Flatley, with son Lagi Demetriou giving an impassioned speech thanking their fans and his father.

When asked how he felt, he responded: ‘Unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable.

‘And I just want to say thank you for everything over the last 10 years and thank you dad for everything you’ve done for me. Honestly, thank you so much.’
