Big Brother Australia unveils their full cast for 2021

After the success of last year’s reboot, Big Brother will return to screens next week. 

And now Seven has unveiled the 20 new housemates competing for the $250,000 cash prize, in a season that promises ‘new rules and massive twists in a house full of secrets’.

From the mother of a very famous reality star, to a popular DJ, AFLW star, naked magician and blonde bombshell, the diverse cast looks set to make for very entertaining viewing.

Mary Kalifatidis – 56, VIC 

Married At First Sight star Martha Kalifatidis’ beloved mum, Mary, is sure set to get people talking when she enters the house. 

Known for her hilarious and outspoken personality, Mary has over 40,000 followers on Instagram, and regularly appears on influencer Martha’s own Instagram page. 

In a teaser trailer for the upcoming series, Mary revealed the one skill that will likely land her in the finale of the very strategic and alliance-heavy game.

‘My secret weapon might be my food… Boys they love their mum and they love their mum’s cooking,’ she revealed in the trailer. 

Katie Williams – 27, NSW 

Married At First Sight’s Mikey Pembroke’s ‘famous’ ex-girlfriend Katie Williams will also appear on the series.

She made headlines in 2020 after it was revealed she was in a long-term relationship with Mikey before his appearance on the Channel Nine dating show. 

The blonde beauty previously appeared on Channel Nine’s hit show Australian Ninja Warrior in 2017, so would be well-suited to Big Brother’s games.

Marley Biyendolo – 26, VIC 

Rising basketball player Marley Biyendolo played college basketball in the US, and is now on the team for the Dandenong Rangers in the NBL1.

The heartthrob also works as a support worker and a psychosocial recovery coach for those with disabilities.   

Ari Kimber – 22, NSW

Carlos Munoz – 39, WA

Charlotte Hall – 24, QLD

Daniel Hayes – 48, VIC

Jess Trend – 28, VIC

Max Beattie – 29, QLD

A Gold Coast Ironman, Max also works in events and marketing.

Known for his competitive side, Max is confident he’ll be a ‘challenge beast’ in the house. 

Melissa McGorman – 33, SA

A sheep farmer from country South Australia, Melissa has her sights set on winning the $250,000 cash prize.

Melissa and her partner Ryan are hanging onto their family farm, due to crises such as drought and bushfires.   

Tilly Whitfield – 21, NSW

A blonde bombshell with long extensions and fake eyelashes, this communications student from Sydney’s Northern Beaches is used to being underestimated.

Mitchell Spencer – 26, QLD 

A 2D animator from Cairns, Mitchell enjoys bird watching in his free time.

Nicholas Benton – 29, SA

Based in Adelaide, Nicholas is a colour blind house painter.

He also has sporting prowess, having played cricket for South Australia. 

Sarah Jane Adams – 66, NSW

Sarah has many accomplishments to her name, known to many as an entrepreneur, author, style icon and antique jewellery designer.

She hopes to dispel people’s fears about ageing, and encourage people to go outside of their comfort zones.

Renata Bubeniene – 45, SA

This single divorcee is balancing work as a flight attendant with studies to become a nurse.

Known for her honest persona, Renata does not like pretenders or those on a power trip.

Sid Pattni – 34, WA

Working as a high school art teacher, Sid has also had his pieces exhibited at The Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Sid is also an instrumentalist and music producer, having worked with the likes of John Legend and Meg Mac.   

Big Brother premieres next Monday 26 April at 7.30pm on Seven
