Former Big Brother contestant Sallie Axl has been arrested for allegedly assaulting her ex-boyfriend after a video emerged appearing to show her lunging at him with a pair of scissors.
The model, whose real name is Sallie Przybeck, vowed to fight the charge in court, saying ‘I will fight this not only for me but for every woman in a domestic abusive relationship’.
Sharing the news on Instagram, she wrote: ‘I was arrested last night for a section 18. I can not believe he has done this to me.
‘My phone has been seized. I will fight this. How can he do this to me? All the times I have done everything for him. And I’m arrested. I will fight this in court see you there.’

In the footage, the model appears to thrust the scissors in the direction of her former partner Gerard Williams while a toddler looks on.
The 32 year old, from Wirral, claimed the incident happened a year ago while she was at ‘breaking point’.
She claimed her former partner Mr Williams had ‘laughed at her’ while she was self-harming. Ms Przybeck appears to have cuts on her wrists in the video.
A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: ‘A 32-year-old woman from Liverpool was arrested last night, Thursday 28th March, on suspicion of s18 assault.

‘She has been released on conditional bail until Wednesday 24th April.’
Ms Pryzbeck was the first person to be evicted from the 2013 edition of the Channel 5 programme, which also featured Dexter Koh, Gina Rio, twins Jack and Joe Glenny and eventual winner Sam Evans.
Ms Pryzbeck said she is not commenting at this time.
