She’s never been afraid to show off her toned figure on Instagram.

And on Tuesday, Skye Wheatley revealed how she manages to remain trim and toned, despite eating ‘lots of food’.

During an Instagram Q&A, one fan asked: ‘How do you eat bad even occasionally and stay trim?’

Skye explained: ‘It can be annoying because I’m trying to build muscle and as soon as I don’t eat food that’s high in protein, I lose weight so quickly.’

She went on to say: ‘Also I feel like my bones are really intense. No matter how much food I eat, these bones always stick out.’

It comes after Skye recently revealed her intense booty workout routine.

The blonde beauty shared a clip on her YouTube channel showing her working up a sweat in a white crop top and matching leggings.

The former Big Brother star began by using a heavy-looking barbell to do the bent over row exercise – an exercise targeting the upper and lower back muscles.

Skye also did hip thrusts, balancing the barbell on her hips and using her glutes and thighs to lower and raise the weight.

The mother-of-two followed up with lunges while holding large dumbbells to increase difficulty and to help with developing her toned and muscular rear.

Skye concluded her gym session by once again using the hefty dumbbell weights to do the Romanian deadlift exercise – targeting her glutes and hamstring muscles.
