A bikie enforcer has been disowned by his gang after he sexually abused a 12-year-old girl.

Husa Hasanovic was kicked out of the Nomads after he was charged for having sex with the girl on February 14 last year.

The 27-year-old pleaded guilty to having sexual intercourse with a child aged between 10 and 14 and was sentenced to two years and six months behind bars, with a non-parole period of 18 months.

The Downing Centre District Court heard that the father-of-two was ‘shunned’ from the bikie gang following the offence.

‘They now refer to him as an ex-Nomad,’ Judge Robyn Tupman said.

The former Sergeant at Arms for the Nomads said the girl approached him for a cigarette after catching the wrong train from Chester Hill station.

He led her to his home in Chester Hill and sexually assaulted her.

‘She was only 12 years old and ought not have been used by an adult in a sexual way at all,’ Judge Tupman said, as reported by The Sunday Telegraph.

‘The court is and has been for at least 30 years and continues to be well aware of the trauma of sexual abuse on children, which … in some cases can be a life long traumatic outcome.’

The court heard Hasanovic was using cocaine and drinking heavily at the time of the assault.

Hasanovic told his psychologist after his arrest ‘I hate myself for what I have done and I feel like vomiting’.

Bosnian-born Hasanovic had a ‘dysfunctional’ upbringing and dropped out of school at 15, the court heard.

He will be eligible for parole in August.
