Midwife and bikini model Hannah Polites said she lost thousands of male social media followers after the birth of her first child.

They’d be kicking themselves now.

The 27-year-old beauty has left the incredible 1.4 million men and woman who still follow her in awe of her latest transformation.

The mother-of-one posted a before-and-after snap showcasing her post-baby body and explained how much her life – and exercise routine – had changed in the five years between the shots.

‘Wow I remember thinking in the left photo that I still had weight to lose in order to feel stronger and leaner,’ she said in the caption on Instagram.

‘There’s five years difference between the left and the right photo and A LOT has changed.’

'I'm now a mama and I've never felt stronger. I was 38 kilos then and exercised most days (a lot of cardio and group classes), eating healthy and a decent amount but not enough of the right foods,' she said

‘Please do not compare to my weight as I’m only 5ft tall. Weights are only included to show that you shouldn’t be afraid of gaining weight,’ she explained online.
