Billionaire former Bras N Things owner Brett Blundy looks set to sell his $47 million Rose Bay mansion in Sydney, Australia.

The rich businessman is rumoured to have found a buyer for the luxurious property boasting remarkable views of Sydney Harbour bridge.

Domain reported they have a ‘tip-off’ that a local family is negotiating a deal on the multi-million dollar property.

Mr Bludy bought the property in 2016 for $33 million and listed it weeks later for an extra $12 million without making any changes. 

Back in 2002 the residence sold for just $750K according to a Domain property report.  The asking price rose by $2 more million to $47 million in August 2017.
