A billionaire Seagram’s heiress who has links to NXIVM could get a $200,000 payout from the sale of three New York properties once used by the sex cult.

Sara Bronfman-Igtet, who is a former longtime NXIVM supporter, has agreed to give up her ownership interests in three properties near Albany that are owned by the organization.

In exchange, the 43-year-old – who is the daughter of late billionaire philanthropist and former Seagram chairman Edgar Bronfman Sr – will receive a 20 percent share of their sale.

According to an agreement filed in U.S. District court last week, Bronfman-Igtet’s amount will be capped at $200,000 for all three properties.

The three properties are located near each other on New Karner Road just outside Albany.

One of the locations is the headquarters of the NXIVM organization, the Times Union reports.

Bronfman-Igtet’s younger sister, Clare Bronfam, 40, is facing a two-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to her role in creating a secret harem of sex slaves for NXIVM’s self-anointed spiritual leader Keith Raniere.

Bronfam admitted to harboring someone who was living in the U.S. illegally for unpaid ‘labor and services’ and that she committed credit card fraud on behalf of Raniere.

Raniere was convicted earlier this year of turning his female devotees into sex slaves through such means as shame, punishment and nude blackmail photos.

Prosecutors say some of the women were branded with his initials as part of their initiation.

The guru was found guilty on all counts of sex-trafficking and coercing women into sex.

Bronfman-Igtet, however, was never accused of committing any crimes.

Raniere once had an international following with a foothold in Hollywood with his Albany-area group.

His adherents included actress Allison Mack of TV’s ‘Smallville’ and a daughter of TV star Catherine Oxenberg of ‘Dynasty’ fame.

Raniere was arrested at a Mexican hideout in 2018 following an investigation into his group.

Mack and Bronfman were indicted with him but pleaded guilty.

Mack admitted helping Raniere assemble his harem and collect ‘collateral’ while Bronfman confessed to committing financial crimes for him.
