Grace Warrior seems to have inherited her parents’ affinity for Australian wildlife.
The eight-month-old daughter of conservationists Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell looked perfectly calm during an animal encounter at Australia Zoo on Monday.
She curiously inspected a cassowary chick and even reached out to touch her new furry friend in a gallery of heart-melting photos shared to Instagram.

‘Two cute chickies! Meet Grace’s new best friend, Fergo, the cassowary chick. They absolutely love each other!’ proud mum Bindi, 23, wrote in the caption.

While Grace’s encounter with the animal was under adult supervision, some fans expressed concern about a baby being around a cassowary.
