This is the shocking moment a woman accuses a man of assault after an argument breaks out between the two bus passengers over an open window.
During the bizarre altercation, the man slaps a female passenger’s phone out of her hand when she refuses to close the window.
This leads the black woman to verbally abuse the man, who appears to be south Asian, telling him to: ‘Go and get a passport! I hope you freeze to death!’

The incident was filmed on the Number 74 bus from Dudley to Birmingham in the West Midlands last week.
In the footage the two commuters are seen having a furious row over the bus window being open or closed.
The male passenger, who wants the window closed, becomes so irate that he slaps the woman’s phone out of her hand.
This infuriates the female passenger who orders the driver to stop the bus: ‘Driver stop the bus please! I’ve just been assaulted!’
She then proceeds to hurl abuse at the man: ‘You touch me first you idiot…go get a a passport. I hope you freeze to death behind there!’

As the man uses this opportunity to shut the bus window, the woman continues yelling at him and threatens: ‘I’m going to send your picture to the police and I’m going to put you all on Facebook.
‘You dirty little man! Who do you think you’re going to hit? Who do you think you’re going to hit?’
The argument escalates to the point that the bus driver is forced to stop the vehicle and calm the warring pair.

The bus driver tries to reason with the passengers by telling one to sit near the window and the other furthest from it.
He repeatedly tells the pair to ‘calm down’ and the woman replies: ‘Wait until I get off this bus.’
The footage received 13,800 views after it was posted on Twitter on November 14 by @joshuanaraldo.
