Stallard, who was with her son at the time of the incident on January 11, was charged with attempted arson, fire bombing, child abuse, battery on a law enforcement officer and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

A security guard first called deputies with the Hillsborough Sheriff’s Department to the scene, where they learned that the woman had been roaming the store for approximately an hour with her son.

With assistance from an off-duty Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officer, Stallard was detained ‘without incident.’

Additional footage shows Stallard, along with her son, being escorted out of the store.

A deputy’s voice can be heard telling her, ‘The reason that you’re in handcuffs now is for the mason jar filled with nails and kerosene.’

‘That wasn’t mine,’ she answers back. ‘If there was something like that, it was n’t mine.’

The officer responds by telling her, ‘Yeah well, they have video of you putting that together.’

‘Ha!,’ she laughs, before again stating her denial. ‘It wasn’t me.’

An officer then warns her about acting out physically, which he said could result in additional charges against her.
